Scolding

Today, I got screamed at by a parent.
She demanded for the teacher's copy, which I'm not supposed to give to the students.
When I was explaining to her that it is against my company's policy to give them the answer, she suddenly decided that she has the bloody right to scold me.
She just stood there and started screaming her bloody head off.
What the hell.
Hello.. I'm not the one who makes the rules. I'm only the one carrying them out. You are just making things difficult for me and yourself, you bitch. So what if you are paying for the tuition fees? I dun give a care about your stinking money. You claim that rules are meant to be flexible? So does that also imply that rules are made to be broken? Oh, so if someone rapes your daughter, the law should also be flexible and not convict the rapist eh?
I'm just very annoyed that I got scolded for something that is totally not my fault.
I cried after she left the centre. I feel so weak for allowing myself to be affected by a stark raving lunatic like her.
