screwed up sleeping pattern

I am so jet-lagged. I thought my incredible ability to sleep would help me out in my adjustments but i'm still so jet-lagged. It's like I take a 5 hr nap in the afternoon and I go back to sleep at 10pm but at like 3am I would be awake and can't go back to sleep anymore. >_________<
well I think I'm still getting enough sleep technically...
umm maybe cutting down on that afternoon nap helps.
